Parking charge???

They charge 18 bucks a night...for parking! In El paso, TX even. Seriously unnecessary, because the only reason anyone goes there is for business. Room door latch didnt work either.

Very rude staff, except for the friendly bar staff. Very rude and pushy housekeeping staff. Front desk not friendly to say the least. Requested a late check out, and was still hurried and kicked out of room for being 25 min late. The vibe is definitely there that the employees there are not happy. Will probably not stay here again.

No king size beds

The front desk was very friendly and helpful but, I requested a king size bed and apparently they only offer quieren size beds. I had to be moved from one room to another to have the same issue. I will not stay in this hotel again.
