My idea of cool as far as room temperature obviously disagreed with the front desk. The front desk sent a maintenance person up and I was told it was cool. Miserable sleeping - I as the paying customer should set the temperature I desire.

Reserved room was for 1 king. The bed was barely a Queen size. They gave me what appeared to be an accessible room (roll in shower, grab bars), however, there was only about 2feet of space to get to the small bed. There is no way that someone with a cane/walker/wheelchair would be able to use this room. All vending/ice machines were missing or not operational.Hotel is in disrepair. Most staff was worthless. However, Aiden (front desk) was friendly and went above/beyond.

Amazing experience!
This is the second time give stayed here at this hotel and it’s by far the best experience and quality for your money that you can buy. The staff is very attentive and the shuttle service to and from the airport and surrounding close areas saves you a lot of money from using Uber/Lyft. I stayed with my daughter and we swam in the pool and had a chance to relax in the hot tub. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely top notch with quality cooking and not just microwaveable garbage and do it yourself cereal that I have seen in other hotels. Highly recommend if you have a family well worth it!

I love the airport transit. It was smooth and easy. Hawthorn's staff helped to unload my luggages. You can request anytime that you need. I went to the airport at 4am in the morning.
