This would have been a 5-star review if not for waking up in Room 154 to discover bed bug bites on my legs, arms and face. Great location, price and an airport shuttle driver who helped retrieve a lost cell phone before flight departure can not make up for days of suffering with painful welts.

The hotel is very hot in the lobby. The rooms are a bit cooler but not much better. My window was cracked. The water takes forever to get hot. The only thing I loved was the shuttle to the airport.

The hotel is nice the staff was very friendly and very helpful. A few small things about our room. I wanted to soak in the tub but there was no stopper for the tub. We didn't have an ice bucket, and our stuff in the refrigerator I did not stay cold. And I did ask one of the housekeeping ladies if they would care to bring us some more towels and wash rags, and some extra trash bags and that did not happen. Other than that this day was very nice. Oh and the breakfast was amazing as well. And I think your shuttle drivers for their hospitality as well

I thought being that Wyndham name was a part of this hotel I felt that it would be a nicer than normal hotel, but the room was just big enough to walk around the bed, the wallpaper damaged and peeling the bathtub rusted and disgusting. When you exit the elevator, it stinks like mold so bad. Downstairs common areas clean and neat but that is it for the good. People were nice at the front desk, breakfast so so, but coffee was good.. I do not recommend anyone stay there, but the closeness to the airport is great which was our lure to choosing Hawthorn Extended stay by Wyndham. If I were Wyndam I'd send a representative down to surveil the property and force them to upgrade or remove their name.
