This was my worst hotel experience in decades. We paid extra to stay here so we could be close to UTEP. We didn't think about how catering to students might make the facility run down, or the place being noisy with drunks at midnight to 1 am (and there wasn't a home football game that weekend). I'm pretty sure that any other hotel in El Paso would have been better and also less expensive.

1.No house keeping in the room, front desk attendant says they didnt have enough personnel. 2. In Expedia says breakfast was included and they argued was not included, I.ve paid for the breakfast 3.Room is dirty, unaceptable, this is not a 5 Days Inn Hotel 4.Front desk guy (large hair) must be kind with customers, he has not the competences to give a quality service. I wont return to this hotel.

The hotel is very luxurious. The lobby and the rooms are very well appointed and tasteful. The staff are professional and very accommodating. The price point reflects the caliber of experience lesser hotels cannot match. I am now a Hilton "loyalist!"
