Amazing Experience
Hotel Indigo is in an amazing spot at the heart of downtown. They provided an amazing service with all employees. The view of the city from the fifth floor was beautiful! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice hotel.

Great location. Their cafe food was very good. Nice clean rooms. We didn't have hot water and had to call twice. Someone did come up and I did have hot water, but then my partner lost the hot water in the middle of his shower.

I have stayed here every time I go to elpaso. I have only stayed in the regular rooms but I herd the suite is beautiful. They are the best staff and when I get my cancer treatments I look forward to going there to stay

If you want to be treated like royalty stay here. The concierge, Dave H, made our reception very special. After arriving late, we had dinner at Mamacita’s and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dinner. Would give 5 stars but hot water was lukewarm in bath. Maintenance tried to figure it out at 10:30 pm and we were offered another room but we were ready to crash and going to hit the road early. William at the front desk tried to accommodate us but the plumbing is out of his control. We will always stay here when passing through El Paso.

I arrived at the hotel and was checked in. After being checked in, I was informed that the water would be out from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for repairs. I understand completely but I should have been told before I checked in. Also, the hotel should have given out at least one bottled water but instead they were selling water to take advantage of the situation. I think this was in poor taste.
