When we arrived at our rooms, the first thing we noticed was the poor water pressure for flushing the toilets. We asked for plungers just in case. There is also a linger smell of sewer, that we had to keep spraying with Lysol. The refrigerator did not work, yet it was very noisy through the night, and we didn't get much sleep the first night. We had to unplug it in order to get some sleep. You could tell that they have been doing upgrades to the property, but of poor quality. Not what one would expect with "by Wyndham" attached to the name of the hotel. The first morning, we attempted to get breakfast. However, the breakfast area was not kept very clean, nor well stocked. We walked out and did not bother going back the next two mornings. I have stayed at other hotels in El Paso and have never had a similar experience. Overall, it was not the best experience, and I would never stay at this location again.

It was not good. One of the family members got stop by police for racial profiling. The manager told me later that day after the fact I pay to stay for another day. Couple hours after I pay the room they came and told me I had to leave because of that lil misunderstanding with the police..

The room did NOT look anything like the rooms on hotel.com. It was old, musty and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The breakfast that they offered was minimal. The only thing that was offered more than if you stayed at an extended stay were the waffles and that wasn’t even appealing. The only thing good about this location is that it had a Dennys next door. For the price, well like I’ve always said . . . . You get what you pay for!
