The room I stayed in on the back side of the hotel, away from IH10, was less noisy. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. The dining area was clean. Ask for a room where the air conditioner has a Constant Fan setting. Having the air conditioner on fan all the time will help drown out the IH10 noise.

The lobby was not appealing. The first room we checked into had alot if hair and stains on the bed sheets. The second room was an apartment. It smelled old. It looked like the floors were new but the rest looked old and dirty. The bathroom had stains running down the walls. I think it was caused by moisture because the vent was installed on a wall instead of the ceiling. The tub needed a good scrub. The shower head looked rusty and gross. It was not a very comfortable stay. I'm glad I did not need the kitchen because it was very dated and unappealing. It was a very noisy place, could hear all kinds of machinery and traffic early in the morning.

Bathroom walls in our room, we're a bit dirty. Tile foor on our room was coming out. Other than, or stay at La Quinta Inn was good.

Asked to make bed remove trash at front desk asked maid at our floor both said they would get it done but were completely ignored. Plus, reported a cockroach in the room to the front desk with a photo. Just a sorry but nothing done. Forth floor??

Carpet on first floor was old and stained. Pool was like ice, even for hot El Paso weather. Towel fixtures were falling apart. Surfaces, sofa bed cover and furniture in our suite were dirty and stained. Bathroom door lock was loose. Pillows were lumpy. Second day eggs were unedible, burned. Staff was pleasant and polite. Good location. Decent designated dog areas.
