I had to request clean bedding set, because they had not change it from the previews guest, they offer me another room, I went to see it but it was in the same condition, dirty bedding, towels, the bath tab was so dirty that I had to wear sandals in order to shower.

I was extremely disappointed, as I have always trusted Expedia’s ratings, but this time I was shocked. Based on previous ratings, I expected the hotel to at least be decent, but it was far from it. The staff was unavailable during check-in and check-out. The hotel had an overwhelming smell of decay. There were stains on the mattress and sheets. The phone and alarm had been torn from the wall and were unusable. The bathroom had visible mold. Breakfast options were limited to waffles, toast, or cereal. The walls were peeling in some places and poorly patched in others. The smoke alarm was beeping due to dead batteries. The cooling system did not work. There were bed bugs that bit us, and the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

This place is old, has cracks in the walls, toilets that run, pitiful so called breakfast. You have to ask that they clean your room. I had to ask for towels. Elevator very unsafe feeling. The facility smelled. I will never stay here again and in fact will be requesting compensation

I know that for the money you accept to reduce level of luxury, but this hotel didn’t had the minimal standard to stay in, dirty, lot of dust, the breakfast is just bread and crumbs, this hotel needs to be rescued with more inversion

Good servcie overall
Front desk girl was very professional informative. She held down the fort pretty good with multiple check ins all at once. For breakfast she had it stocked. Very nice stay I enjoyed it.

There was used condoms and blood stains on the bed sheets there was items that were never taken out from the previous person that rented the room before house keeping did not clean the room there was no toilet paper

Walked in to pick up reservations had put a note for a crib took them 15 minutes to figure out were to get one from. When my family and I got to the 4th floor. Carpet was torn out. I figured maybe they renovating. Open the door the carpet had more stays than my toddlers floor. Looked at the restroom only one towel, hair in tub still AC didn't work. Got my kids situated and went down stairs asked for a refund said it was more than 30 minutes. Of course 15 minutes getting crib another 15 getting kids and bags down. Asked to have another room then. After looking at 3 other rooms finally found one that was decent. During this process witnessed 5 other people complain or leave hotel due to how bad the rooms were. I have stay in many la quitas and this one is on top 1 to never visit again.

I am definitely not one to complain as I will always try to be understanding, but what I encountered during my stay was no where near acceptable. The condition of the hotel is questionable, but I could see that updates were being made. My room, was another issue. As soon as I walked in, the room smelled musty and Smokey. The drawer from the bed side table was missing, the microwave was dirty and the glass tray was missing inside. The floor was filthy and the bedding had multiple stains on it. I almost would’ve left but that would have left me sleeping in my car.

I did not like anything about this place.They didn't change sheets in 2 of the rooms that I was put in. I had to ask for clean sheets and towels. And I had to make the bed myself. They also did not change the towels or face clothes. Furniture and rooms appear to have semen stains all over them. I would not recommend this place for no one. And they seriously needs an evaluation From the health department.
