Best front desk service( Brenda)
Would highly recommend the stay . Front desk staff (Brenda) went above and beyond . From finding us places to see and local Favorites!! Unfortunately they do not have any laundry facilities, so she walked me next door, I think it was the Hilton ,they share their Laundry facilities with Best Western. Brenda is a true asset to the company!!! In today’s world it’s hard to find courteous and friendly individuals. Because of her kindness I will definitely stay here again and will recommend BW to all my family and friends!!!

We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. They are pet friendly and don’t charge a huge fee for our little furry family member. Also, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I don’t usually leave a review but the young lady who checked us in, Brenda, was extra kind. I appreciate her and wanted to make sure and let others know.

I asked for a quiet room and was placed on the third floor over the airport access road. The road might as well have been through my room - it was that noisy all night long. Requested a different room four times ant the front desk and they were unable to accommodate. Will be staying elsewhere next time.
