When i got to the property, the front desk was not manned and i rang both bells multiple times. After several minutes, i finally yelled out to get someone's attention. They were watching a TV in the back so loud that they couldn't hear anything going on inside the lobby. The tvs were not working properly in the rooms. They had trouble finding my reservation.

Room was somewhat clean. Sheets and pillows were okay but state of the room was horrendous. Chipped paint, falling ceiling in shower, leaking bath faucet, and broken toilet roll dispenser with only 1 roll. AC not working, set at 60 degrees when we arrived and it never reached 74 degrees all night. Not comfortable staying here. Never again!

The best thing about our experience was the amazing service by front desk clerk Robert. The room looked like an abandoned room awaiting a complete gut and remodel. We left the property within less than 30 minutes of checking in.

Room assigned was under construction. No furniture , just empty but contractor’s equipment. Then, another room was assigned, looks like before starting renovation. Nothing such as towels, toilet papers, amenities. Also Microwave was remove. The guy at reception was not bad but no knowledge about construction progress since he joined a week ago. How come they put information to Internet as they operate in normal. I shall discuss with Expedia insurance division.
