All the staff here went above and beyond. They were professional, kind, friendly, respectful and helpful. Issue with our key card was immediately resolved. Maintenence man who replaced the hairdryer was fast and efficient. Lady in the breakfast area was readily available and helpful when needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was open, neat, clean, and well-lit. The tv and frig worked well. Didn’t use the coffee maker or microwave. The pool was not open. Parking was right outside the door. Property is older, but overall maintained well. Very inviting curb appeal. Across street from Starbucks, Circle K, and some shops. Easy drive to airport. Heard some planes outside, but not in room We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Only suggestion would be easier to read room numbers.

The hotel room smelled of must. My allergies kicked up overnight and my eyes were a runny goopy mess. The floor and bathroom were clean, but the cover on my bed had a cigarette burn hole and a dark spot. If I had checked in earlier, I would have asked for a different room or left. Police car drove in behind us as we arrived and were noticeably visible the next morning.

“Great Location, Needs Better Cleaning & Breakfast

Great location in a very safe area and the price is budget-friendly. Rooms are very cute and nicely decorated, but they definitely need a deeper cleaning — it feels like they only do surface cleaning. The big downside was breakfast: the coffee was spoiled and undrinkable. If they improve cleanliness and breakfast quality, this would be an excellent place for short stays.

Room was room and no carpet which we liked. Everything worked good and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and lots of extras with a staff member available. Stayed a few days to see grandson stationed at Ft Bliss. Would stay again

Kudos to the check in lady Ms. Susan, she was super friendly, made us feel real welcome! Rooms are spacious and we got a suite with 2 restrooms, a BIG PLUS!! BREAKFAST was decent but it was the same for the 2 days we stayed, eggs, sausage, beans chilaquiles, toas, ceral, coffee, juice. A decent stay for the price. Definitely will be back!

We were extremely pleased with our stay here last night. The staff in the office and breakfast area were friendly, helpful, and spoke at a comfortable volume which did not require asking for repetition. The property, office, room, and breakfast area were clean, neat and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were small, but fluffy and made for a good night's sleep. The bulkhead above the shower made the shower height shorter than ideal and it took longer than expected for the air conditioner to cool the room, but overall, a great experience and we will stay here the next time we are in El Paso.
