There is very little sound isolation between floors, I could hear the guest above my room walking back and forth @ 6 AM, which wasn't the best for my sleeping in. If I stay there again I'll book a room on the top floor. Parking requires a $5 per day fee, which despite Expedia showing a "real price" wasn't included, and there didn't seem to be any real reason for this except to make more money and hide the actual cost of a stay as every hotel is required by code to have X number of parking spaces for each room, so it's just another corporate shell game. I doubt that they even bother to enforce it, so maybe that's on me too. Staff was friendly and efficient, no complaints there, and the hotel was clean. I didn't use the exercise room or pool so I can't comment about those.

Room was clean. The bathroom could use a renovation. The toilet was too low even though I have no mobility issues. The lobby was pretty with a lovely scent. The staff was amazing. One small issue. Even though I hung my towels up to dry, they were replaced each day so not so eco-friendly. Not unique as I find this to be true at most places I've been to.

The hotel started off by charging me an unadvertised $10 for parking in a normal motel parking lot, no security no gate, no reason to charge but for extra money. Then the staff was marginally friendly at best, in fact I walked up the desk and said good morning and got a blank stare no reaction at all. I just needed a laundry bag since there was not one in the room. In the room the bathroom floor was stained and dirty, In the sitting area of the room the couch was so filthy we couldn’t even sit on it. They need some attention to detail her for sure

Good choice for 4 families

Our family selected this hotel for family members from out of town to use over a 2-day memorial service. It was a good choice for 4 families including one with 4 young kids, one with a teenager and the other adults. Breakfast, particularly the first day was good. For some reason they eliminated the Chiobani yogurt, scones and blueberries the second day.
