Nicole (front desk) is amazing she is very helpful and friendly. Made our stay easy. We had a small issue with the shower and she was on it, she got us taken care of right away. Every time we went outside or came in if she was at the desk she is smiling and nice with all customers that came in. I rea;;y appreciate everything she did for us.

They SUCK
I lit a Catholic Religious candle and somehow it triggered the fire alarm system. Alarm sounded for like 4 seconds. Then the lady Nicole comes to the room screaming and banging on the door demanding to open up. I was getting in the shower and told her to wait about 40 minutes, that I'll come down. Truthfully, I was trying to avoid any confrontation with her because of her demeanor. A few hours later, she called the police and trespass me from the hotel, it was around 10 PM so I feel that they should at least offer a refund. They haven't yet. Her calling the police is completely overreacting and terrible hospitality.
