Staff muito atencioso desde antes do check-in. Chegamos 3 horas antes do check-in, para deixar as malas e ir dá uma volta na região de Palermo. Mas ja tinha um apartamento disponível e nos deixaram fazer o check-in antecipado. Quarto muito bom o tamanho, ar condicionado aquecia o quarto bem, chegamos com temperaturas em Buenos Aires na casa dos 10°. Os únicos dois pontos negativos foi a TV que era antiga e não tinha smart para colocar Streaming ou YouTube. E o outro ponto negativo é o banheiro que não tinha janela e o exaustor não funcionava. Depois de 3 dias o cheiro de mofo fica meio insuportável. Atendimento via WhatsApp foi muito bom, precisamos fazer um Late Check-out porque nosso vôo de volta foi alterado para as 23h. Entramos em contato e pagamos a taxa de LCO e ficamos até as 19h no apartamento. Recomendo também o Color Botanico por estar em Palermo e ter de tudo pra fazer num raio de 5km...

Es un hotel familiar muy bien ubicado Su personal muy amable y atento para ayudar en todo Su mayor atractivo es la ubicación tan agradable y cercana al parque de Recoleta y los mejores atractivos dela ciudad y ala vez es una calle muy tranquila

Receptionist was difficult to contact. To extend my stay rates nearly doubled because of surge for holiday. I had to checkmout to a different hotel that didn’t reflect this increase.

The hotel is very well located, close to Puerto Madero and with easy access to downtown by Uber. There is also a tourist bus stop just two blocks away. However, there are many areas that need improvement. The flooring needs to be replaced, as it is very deteriorated. The elevators are extremely slow. The triple room we stayed in does not have a luggage rack, even though it is intended for three guests. The room is narrow and does not even have a desk. It has very poor lighting, making it feel quite dark. The mattresses are comfortable, but the pillows are of poor quality, and the towels are old and rough. The bathroom is also very uncomfortable and would benefit from renovation. The breakfast area is located in the basement, but the staff makes a great effort to provide variety and good service. However, the hotel requires urgent investment and renovation to improve its overall condition. The windows are not soundproof, which allows outside noise to enter the room.

Me encanto, las instalaciones me senti muy comodo en mi habitación, el baño tenia todo lo suficiente para mi higiene, las sabanas siempre limpias con un aroma que se siente como casa y la televisión me encanto y su alberca y las chicas que atendieron muy gentiles y amables junto con ada me encantó todo, sin duda alguna regresare a vilon hotel

Everything about this hotel snd the experience there is amazing, it’s decor, it’s cleanliness, it’s absolutely pristine, it is immaculate with it’s cleanliness, it smells incredible, the decor in the lobby when you first walk in is very high-end and regal-there are large containers, filled with lemon ice water to welcome guests with. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and also multilingual, check-in went incredibly smooth, they were extremely accommodating and even offered to help with me confirming excursions I had booked, I’m not fluent in Spanish and was having trouble confirming, the gentleman working the desk called the Tour Group for me and confirmed all of my details for pick up… Which was incredibly nice and greatly appreciated. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious, well stocked, and the dining area in the restaurant is beautiful The rooms were in true form to the rest of the hotel, absolutely pristine- very modern, very elegant, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, it was a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. This is in a great area of the city, very high-end and close to all of the attractions, I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience there, I know I will return to Argentina again in the future and will absolutely book my accommodations at this location again

It is a very comfortable hotel in the city center.Walking distance to many attractions. Market on Sundays right on the street.
