We had a river view deluxe room on the second floor of Redbud building. The view and the sound of the river was worth the price. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean room, and the kitchenette made it very convenient to fix quick meals. (We got some groceries at the Village market). The pizza place on the property was actually really good! (We tried River House and meat lovers, both very good!) There is a gas station 1 mile away also. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! (But get a river view room if possible!)

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Yosemite. It does look better outside than in the website pictures. There were so many people there when we checked in on Saturday that we had a hard time to find a parking spot. At first, they offered us a room on 2nd floor in dogwood building. We had to ask for another room because there was no elevator. With 6 days travel trip, we had 2 suitcases, 1 carry on, and an elder that cant even walk. We wished there was an elevator. We had to ask to change to another room. This new room is in sequoia building. Eventhough it is on the 1st floor but there are about 10 stairs. So that's the only complain. Besides that, we had a beautiful view of the river. The room was clean. There were so many pools that we can choose from. The water in the indoor pool was heated. They did have a game room as well. We did not check out the restaurants. We cooked in our room.

Pros: This place is super close to YV. The bed is comfy. This is the only place I have ever seen that has 2 shower heads and a jacuzzi in the room. The balcony had a great view of the Merced river. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of hiking. Kitchen was a great plus. We brought a cooler and freshly ground coffee/filter so we had great breakfasts facing the river. Cons: The jacuzzi is in the bedroom and not the bathroom so I hit my leg on the sharp granite edge twice heading to the bathroom at night. A soft bumper on the edge would solve that. They set up the rooms so that the head of your bed shares a wall with the TV for the room behind you. This made for two very noisy nights. If they set up the bed so that they were back to back then it would help a lot with noise. The balcony had no screen to keep bugs out so we could not leave the door open at night so we missed out on the sound of the river. The bathroom also had peeling wallpaper. If they fixed those things, I would have given this place 5 stars.

The property has beautiful creek views looking down and Mountain Views looking up, the picture cannot describe the real beauty of the place. Our room is on 3rd floor by creek, I love the sound of raging water, it’s truly amazing place. Would come back again.

Only issue Ihad was that the map of the property did not show specifically where the pools and hot tub were- and while the map shows q fitness center, I did not discover it until the third day. A Fitness center does appear on the resort map, but I do not believe that there was any mention of it in the writeup when I was considering stying there(We stayed there basically because of th recommendation of adrien's.

The room was excellent! Comfy beds, clean space AND a little outdoor patio on the river was a definite plus! The facility is a little outdated, but the location was the best for the price, hands down. Everything we needed right outside the gate of the NP.
