El servicio y la atención del personal fueron muy buenos, agradables y atentos. La propiedad se encontraba muy limpia, lo cual es algo que valoramos mucho. Sin embargo, no quedamos satisfechos con el estado de la habitación, ya que tenía varios desperfectos que evidentemente necesitan reparación y a los que no parece habérseles prestado la debida atención. Nos quedó la duda de si el hecho de haber reservado a través de una plataforma de terceros, en lugar de hacerlo directamente con la propiedad, pudo haber influido en la habitación que nos asignaron. No podemos asegurarlo, pero sería importante que todos los huéspedes reciban habitaciones en buenas condiciones, independientemente del medio por el que realicen su reserva. En general, agradecemos la buena atención y la limpieza, pero esperamos que se preste más atención al mantenimiento de las habitaciones para que la experiencia sea satisfactoria en todos los aspectos.

The air conditioner is as not working, the WiFi only worked at the pool. Tv did not work and the pool was too dirty and the hot tub was way too hot burned my self. I do not recommend it. Save your money and trip it’s very deep in the woods

This property its beautiful. It’s a bit hidden away, but the drive is definitely worth it. If you come prepared with food and drinks, you really won’t need to leave the room at all. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. Whether you’re looking for a romantic couples’ getaway or a relaxing family escape, this place is perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable experience.

The water was switched off so couldn't have a shower or use the toilet in our room. No breakfast facilities. Nobody could speak English. Also prevented from entering the hotel by a police squad because an accused murderer (El Diablo) and his accomplice (Texas) were being arrested, who were both staying on the top floor. The WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my life!
