So good and very good people overall thanks a lot

This was our first time in an all inclusive place so we were a bit hesitant. The check in was a bit hectic but after that all went smooth. The room was nice overlooking a garden and pool. A big room with a nice balcony. The pools were all very nice and the staff were all friendly. The nicest part of the pools was a very little 'copy'of the Nile River. The food overall was very good. Especially the desserts. The main cafeteria was just as good as all the smaller specialty restaurants. Lots of little activities. Other highlights: the gardens were beautiful and the staff work really hard to maintain the gardens. It's great to just walk around the property and get your steps in too. We also did the snorkeling cruise which was really well done and the crew on the boat were friendly and in good humor. Cocktails were good. Beer and wine not so great but still passable. A very relaxing stay. (Should be noted wifi is not free in the rooms, but device passes were cheap if you need one)

Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water.

The worst place that you can ever try to spend time in super dirty. The water is very dirty a lot lots of garbage in the water and dirty pampers. Staff is very rude electricity we lost power so i was no AC no fan no elevators nothing, and when the guy was introduced himself as the owner, he was very rude the minute he find out I have an American passport. I don’t know why and telling me so what there’s no electricity for three hours you are from Egypt and you know you can lose power any time which is hilarious. They didn’t even wanna refund me. Please do not waste your money.
