There was a terrible smell in the room when I arrived so opened window. Due to meeting friends, could not wait at reception to report, but inthe morning noticed this was due to shower drain. Shame. Breakfasts are great, but need to check top attic rooms more thoroughly please. Other guest said they also had bad smell and reported it

The staff where so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely. The breakfast both in quality and choice was fantastic. I would stay here again.
