The Service was absolutely exceelent I didnt have to search for someone when I had a question or Concern and I left my ID at the front desk and they immediately called the room to tell me. I would 100% Reccomend this hotel to everyone

Satisfied with the room, it was nicely setup, had everything we needed and clean. We had a first floor room, close to the entrance and it was surprisingly quiet. The best thing about the hotel was actually the staff. They were extremely nice and welcoming, answered our questions, made suggestions for places to dine and just made the experience great!

We have never stayed at a Hampton Inn but always thought they were newer, clean and had good service since they were a Hilton partner. Unfortunately, this property was 20 years past a very needed renovation. The carpet in the common areas was dirty and smelled as did the first floor rooms. We found a cockroach as we entered our room and took a picture for the manager to see. She was sympathetic and tried to make it right by upgrading us to a suite on the second floor which was in better condition than the first floor room. It took some convincing for my wife to stay there but we did for two nights as planned. The hot breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Waiting for receipt!!
With the help of the desk clerk getting our stay extended was terrific! But the system was down the day we checked out of the hotel and was not able to get a receipt for our stay. That's the reason I gave you poor score, and I'm still waiting!!!
