The staff has been wonderful as I've had to extend my stay twice now and they were very patient and ensured I kept the same room. The rooms are very basic and not the best, but they are great for the price. Very nice bathrooms with new showers. Free breakfast is a nice perk. I get hot, fresh coffee and yogurt every morning to help me start my day.

The staff was very friendly! The beds were comfortable and the pool was great for the kids. The only down side was the bathroom ceiling was peeling pretty bad and there was mold in the bathroom.

Meh. Lots to improve, but was better than La Quina

The room itself was okay. The bathroom could have definitely used some work. There were numerous broken tiles. The subfloor in the hallways had holes you wouldn’t know were there unless you stepped into it. The main hallway and elevator area smelled of sewage. There was a horrible stench of marijuana coming into my room which caused me to have a headache. The pool area lacked towels and the water was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom at all. Apparently there are no child labor laws there either. They had a very young boy (maybe 11 yrs old) doing the laundry & cleaning rooms.

Okay stay. Outside looked great, inside was kind of dated. Mattress was VERY firm, like hard as a rock. Elevator was scary-we were afraid it was going to not work!!! Bathroom was odd setup but worked! Breakfast was really good! Staff was friendly. No issues, just could use some updates.

You get what you pay for.

Extremely outdated. Rooms are very dark and not inviting. When we first got there I told my boyfriend it smelled bad. And he didn’t smell it. Then around 4 am he woke me up saying it smelled terrible in the room. It smelled like rotten eggs. We stayed and tried to ignore it so that we could at least get breakfast. Fast forward an hour it never went away we ended up checking out at 5am.
