The staff were great. Lots of smokers and drunks at the front door. Had to cancel second night because noise was so bad. Srairs were at the head of the bed. People stomping up and down all night long. Also smelled of milldw had astma attacks.

Nice place to stay
Right off the highway, restaurants nearby. Large parking lot. Clean lobby, staff was nice. Had a indoor pool, didn't have time to use it, looked nice. Breakfast was very basic, only microwave items, no hot food. Only negative thing I could say was that when I checked in it was dark out and there were several people that were probably construction workers that were staying there outside sitting on the curb drinking beer. Nobody bothered me. Room was clean and comfortable, night time was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. Nice big screen tv and plenty of cable channels available. Good value for the price, I would definitely stay there again. AAA+

The hotel is a bit run down and there was a homeless guy hanging outside of our window so we had to keep curtains closed. They also sit out in front of the entrance and drink beer and smoke all day. I’d never stay her again if I could avoid.

Upon pulling up, a group of gentlemen were standing around a small pot plugged in frying chicken wings, which the bones were all over the parking areas. Going into the hotel at the back, the door is unlocked 24/7, and our room was the first by it. I asked management and she told me they had cameras and it would be locked at night, which it wasn’t. Opening the door to our room, outside the curtains sat 3 gentlemen smoking weed. My 11 year old daughter witnessed this! I made her wear socks so her feet didn’t touch the floor. When she took them off before getting into the bed, which had a hair in it, they were black. If I could have afforded to leave, I would have but couldn’t, so stayed. Needed ice for our drink, and the ice maker didn’t work. Went to the front desk and she gave me a bag with about 15 cubes. Needless to say, we made the best of the situation but will not choose this property ever again.

I'm obviously disabled. I don't have legs so I use prosthetics and a crutch. I wear shorts so you can see the prosthetics. They give me a room on the second floor which I was fine with. Then my family members that we were traveling with check in and they get a room on the first floor lol... Tried to have Expedia talk to the manager and I guess he was angry at Expedia and me... As long as he gets his money I guess. Screw the customers. Especially the crippled ones...

With a large sign by front desk stating chevk in at 1:00 the manager seemed disgusted saying checkin wasn’t until 3.. but would make an exception. Room floors were very dirty. A dog barked in hallway in middke of night. Maintenance decided to start banging on oir air unit at 7:45 a.m. there was construction going on that we should have been made aware if prior to booking. Will NEVER us site again
