The property is in an area that is surrounded by buildings under construction. The hotel was empty the night we stayed in. It seems the hotel was deserted. The key system didn’t work so we didn’t get a room key. Instead, the front desk personnel had to open the room for us. Every time we need to get into the room, they had to let us in. It was so inconvenient. We were not impressed with limited breakfast choices.

The manager and staff are personable and professional. The room was very comfortable and clean. I stay here a few times a year when traveling. I always feel safe to walk my dog at any time day or night.

Surprisingly comfortable
We stopped on a family road trip. The room was clean and comfy. There were small things that really made it great. For example, the pillows were good quality, much better than I expected for the price. We will definitely stay here again on another road trip.

Great Hotel, just not hotels.com booking
The stay was a good as always. I stop through Elk City on long road trips to Missouri. The hotels.com experience though was horrible this go around. Spent an hour in the lobby listening to the hotel manager work with hotels.com and getting nowhere in finding a reservation. Finally had to force hotels.com to cancel and refund so I could get a room.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were very large and clean. We did get a complaint about our dogs barking, but so were other dogs, not sure if they got the same complaint. Would definitely stay here again!

The ice machine was down on floor 3 and floor 2 so u had to go all tbe way down to 1 for ice, the pool said it was open online when we got there it was closed! We waited 20 mins for the front desk lady to come so we could buy drinks amd food, there was a late breakfast, and not very many options for breakfast. The male receptionist or owner was very rude and talking on his phone the wbole time even when helping you at the desk! Very poor customer service.

Check in was kind of a hassle. The man working the front desk would hardly speak a word so a lady came out and was helping. Their credit card machine was having problems but they got it fixed. The fitness room is ok. Both treadmills have loose belts. Other than that it was good. Comfy room, good breakfast.
