This property was just a overnight for a trip from Arkansas to New Mexico. Reserved for one night each coming and going. When we arrived they did not have the room promised for us, One I had already paid for. They had over booked due to a sporting event held in the area. The only room they had would not accommodate the number in our party, we would have had to sleep on the floor. They refused to give a refund. Forced to stay on the return trip or risk loosing another nights stay.

Terrible stay

We arrived late at night after a 13 hour drive. We were told the room we reserved had a leaky sink and the only other room was a king with a pull out bed which I believe is a downgrade but we were charged the same as the 2 queen room. Upon arrival we noticed garbage sitting outside the front entrance and a sticky foyer floor. The front desk lady then handed me a big balled up pile of linens she dragged across the floor to carry up to our room while also trying to juggle our bags. The rooms walls were dirty, doors had prints, bathroom shower was dirty and it was not cleaned well at all. We were grossed out but so tired we had no choice

Roomed smelled strongly of urine…dog? Human? Don’t know. Pet rooms are all carpeted so I won’t stay there on my return journey. Price was right, staff was exceptional, but the smell was off putting.

Great bed, nice pillows, clean room. Only downside was the tv, only had about five channels and the remote didn’t work. Otherwise it was good! Buffet breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy were very good!!

Everything was great… including cleanliness. If I might make a suggestion…. Though the bathroom shower was unique, there was no hooks (or anything) near the shower to hang your towel. There was no convenient place to put a towel close to the shower unless you put a towel on the floor. You had to walk approximately 10 feet wet and cold to get a towel on the bathroom counter (unless you put a clean towel on the floor). Also, there needs to be some type of non-slippery surface placed within the floor of the shower. It was very slippery and someone could easily fall. But everything else was fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel!

A favorite

Have stayed here before. Will likely stay again. Love the clean comfy rooms and this is the best breakfast around! Love the meat and egg options and the biscuits and gravy! Yum! The location is perfect for all kinds of destinations at about the furthest we can drive along our journey. Pefectly situation. Easy parking and vairety of great food/walmart nearby.
