The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean. I really wanted to give it five stars and the reason 4 stars is because I hurt my ankle on this metal part sticking out from the bed frame. There were three of them. Hazardous! Luckily it isn’t broken just badly bruised. Also, the toilet flush handle got loose and my husband who is very handy was able to fix it.

My overall ratings were incomplete due to the hotel not honoring what was offered on their website. That over-rode the entire experience, making this an unfortunate and disappointing review. Customer service was beyond poor!!

Don't think, just book it

One of the better values I've stayed at in the last two years. New, clean, modern, fantastic gym. The format is a new way to stay. No coffee in room but 24 hour coffee that was A+ in the lobby. No closets but plenty of wall hooks to hang garments on. They really focus on the necessities and the beds, bathrooms and service was A+. The grab and go breakfast was unique and well received by everyone in our party. The people who work here smile enjoy what they do. I'll be staying again.

The hotel was new, clean, safe and friendly helpful staff. Only negative I can say, is we had to check out a day early for a family issue. I have contacted the hotel numerous..numerous times to include sending a message for the manager to ascertain if we can get a refund or partial. Never heard from anyone.
