This is a hotel that has been updated but the inside needs work. The breakfast was less than ideal. Food was lukewarm. Evening staff was ver helpful.

Clea and comfortable. Unfortunately I left my coat there and I call shortly after we left and they said they didn’t find it. I didn’t mind tney kept the coat but my second car key fob was zipped in the pocket

Clean room, comfy room, terrible customer service.

First room I was in the heater didnt work, I called front desk and was told she was busy and will get to it later, and she wasnt sure if she could move me to another room. I finally went down to the front desk and reminded her. She came in and looked, the heater would not stay plugged in, she said, " I guess I can move you if you need a heater." I said I wanted heat since the hallway was warmer than that room. I was the 3rd person to complain about something. Front desk agent was not helpful unless you forced her to be.

The bathtub was extremely slow in draining and had no drain plug. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Quickly replenished Beds really need to be replaced. Parking was good. Staff was helpful.
