Everyone from the front desk staff to the dining attendant to the maid service was friendly and kind. They definitely aim to please. The hotel's lobby is welcoming and inviting; our dinner in the on-site restaurant was relaxing and tasty.

Away from all the hustle and bustle yet still close to food and shopping. Away from freeway noise and the property is quiet in general. They were renovating the pool when we were there so our next trip to Utah can wait to see what they did to upgrade the indoor pool.

Loved that we felt safe and everything was clean. Good fresh cooked breakfast. Nice sitting area in lobby. Only negative thing was the room we had didn't have a view and no decaf coffee at breakfast. Still would stay there again.

We were very unhappy with our stay. Before booking the hotel, i called them to make sure that they had a pool and that it would be open. We are traveling with our children and we specifically booked this hotel because they had a pool. They said they have a pool and that it is open 24/7. I booked the hotel a couple days out. When we got there yesterday, the guy told me the pool was closed for a couple months for renovations. When i told him that i called a couple days before, they told me the pool is open and will be open 24/7, and that was the reason why we decided to book their hotel. The man checking me in was rude and pretty much told me too bad. I have booked a lot of hotels with orbitz but this definitely was the worst. We did however enjoy the waiter at the restaurant. He was extremely kind.
