Shutters was disappointing in that they advertise having a great restaurant. However, we had to go elsewhere for dinner because the restaurant was closed. The room was spacious with nice amenities but the mattress was extremely lumpy and soft. The hotel could stand to have some attention to details. For example, the two coffee urns at breakfast didn’t indicate if they were decaf or not.

Overall it was really good. I was disappointed that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned during our stay. Like our garbage taken out and more cleaned towels to use to shower.

When we arrived in the lobby we were greeted immediately by an employee at the front desk. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our room was clean and meat. The bed was a little saggy and the train whistle woke us up a few times. For the price and great customer service I would recommend this hotel.
