The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy, front desk friendly. The breakfast was just okay. In the bathroom the shower didn’t drain very well, by the time you finished you were standing in 2 inches of water, and the toilet didn’t flush very well.

This is a highway motel. Old school and not a resort. Start there. Add good people on staff. An excellent “continental” breakfast in a very clean dining area. Good bed, overall god maintenance. A LOT of places could learn from these folks!
