Great reviews and necessary stop on our route… very much as described, clean and comfortable. The train runs directly behind wasn’t aware of how close! I would recommend! ❤️

Rustic room

Vary rustic room with a couple of quarks. The light switch was in an odd spot, the A/C was loud but the bed was soft. They allowed our dog in without any hassles.

Although an older facility, it's well maintained and clean. We would chose this motel over a lot of polished and pretentious hotels even though they may be newer and shinier. Moreover, Hope, the proprietress, was welcoming and helpful. She has a direct style but no edge. A bargain for certain, however it has a welcoming small town demeanor that carries the day. We would stay there again.

We have been guests here four times. We will come back again. Do not be dissuaded by older buildings in the area. It is a clean, comfortable and reasonable place to stay. NICE people! Attention to detail.
