The location is right in the middle of downtown and easy to get to off the freeway. The service was prompt and professional and the room was spacious and cozy!

Room had been cleaned well but had a fragrance of tide detergent. Room temperature was perfect on the setting upon arrival. Train tracks behind the inn made minimal train sounds overnight but would cause me to request mid hotel next time instead of the rear of hotel.

Very nice staff...

After an initial issue, all things were resolved and the staff were so nice. We spent Christmas with them and it was nice to have a home feeling. We were a big group with a Dog and they did very well to accommodate us the best they could. We would come back here again

From the beginning this place was awful. The door to the room didn’t lock, the room didn’t seem cleaned (weird stains, makeup, pubic hairs on the bed, old soap in the shower, half used toilet paper roll) the list goes on. The next morning the person operating the breakfast was on the phone then brought in food UNCOVERED and was placing them with BARE HANDS. We weren’t given a refund or any kind of apology. It was DISGUSTING. I wouldnt recommend that awful place to anyone.

It is a fine place to stay. I prefer carpeting in my room, but the plank flooring is probably nice in the summer. There was a lot of deodorizer smell -or cleaning solution smell when we went in. I think they had recently mopped and the mop water smelled funky. If you are sensitive to perfumes you might check the room first.

We would stay again. It’s priced appropriately for what it is. Staff is friendly and attentive. The large rooms that can accommodate 6 is a huge plus. Breakfast included is nice. Perfect option for resting on a long drive.

I got what I paid for

The room was average. A bigger TV would be nice. The floors were very dirty along the walls and tile. The sink area had holes in the walls where a towel rack would go cause there was no towel rack. It also looked like it was partially painted. I saw a flea on one of the hand towel. I only talked to one staff member and he was polite. I got the room at a very reasonable price so I got what I paid for.

Nice, cozy and affordable stay

Stay was great. Owners/managers are really nice. Very welcoming. They are concerned about your well being. Got an opportunity to talk to them in person, he ensured that we have proper breakfast and any problem we found in room.. Loved their service.
