Great hotel with kind, fun and professional people working there! We were only there one night but enjoyed the fact that it’s a newer hotel, that it was very clean and that we were consistently greeted by people who were genuinely interested in us and enjoyed their jobs. The area around the hotel is currently under construction for a Starbucks and eventually I believe a grocery store so it will only get better from here. Thank you, Hampton Inn, Ellensburg!

The only thing we could complain about was how cold our room was when we first arrived. The air conditioning was so low you could keep food cold. We turned up the heat, but the first night I slept with a sweatshirt on. Other than that, everything was great.

They were extremely polite. I showed up and asked where I could buy Aleve PM and the wonderful employee gave me Advil PM complimentary. The room was comfy, the A/C worked great. The shower was great. The only critique is that whomever ordered the faucets went a little short. It was impossible to wash hands without hitting my hands on the sink cause they ordered such short faucets. I highlight this to express how wonderful everything else was, including the breakfast.
