Nice hotel, horrible corporate policy

Disappointing that, having to check out after one night because of a serious family emergency, they charged me for two nights. Next time maybe my son can schedule his medical emergency, so i know how many nights to book. Nice hotel, nice people. Horrible corporate policies

Our room door wouldn’t properly close and thus couldn’t lock. They didn’t have any more rooms to accommodate us. Super bummerz. They tried to fix and it was pretty much a fail.

Very gross

Our experience was so bad we canceled and paid for another hotel in the same town. It smelled terrible, natural gas smell at entrance and in rooms. Bathroom smelled of strong, sour mildew. I have never cancelled a hotel stay on the spot and have never tried a Holiday Inn before. Never will again.

Good value, room was nice, hotel was quiet, and bed was very comfortable. They had added an additional air conditioner to our 3rd floor room in advance of the 97 degree day we were there, which was thoughtful. Breakfast was great and all the staff were quite friendly. It's a very short drive to the lovely historic downtown area and the CWU campus, we enjoyed looking around both as we were in town for a wedding. We enjoyed the Sat am farmers market and would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice Holiday Inn Express. But, it’s Ellensburg so the area wasn’t great. Very scetchy motel next door, so my daughter and I didn’t feel very safe as women travelers.

There was mold in the corners of the shower and tub but other than that everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast service was great as was the service desk. We did not use the pool or gym. There’s a Starbucks and Dutch bros. Many fast food places and a hidden Bimart.
