Had stayed at that property around 20 years ago when it was the "Inn at Goose Creek." Modern changes and cool updates made it a good spot to revisit. Will be going back the next time I am in Ellensburg.

This place is excellent if you want an Air BNB type hotel. It is very clean and safe. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Fresh towels are available daily and the kitchen is great for ice/plates etc. There are multiple coffee shops right outside the door along with a gas station. Short drive into town. The lady who helped us was very helpful - thank you! We would recommend and return again! Well done Icon Inn

Property is located right off the highway with easy access. A short 45-minute drive from the Gorge Amphitheater made for a good night sleep after a show. Staff was incredibly helpful, arranging for early check in. She had a great attitude and was willing to help with no issue. Clean and quiet rooms. Will use again.

Amazing little hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and always willing to assist. lots of food options nearby both cheap and expensive. Had some trouble checking in, they don't have a front desk just really small check in kiosks. The shower was amazing!

Thumbs Up to the Icon Inn

This is a relatively new Inn and is well-designed for comfort and convenience. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and despite a location near a busy thoroughfare, it was very quiet. The “common areas” provided for guests (including kitchen facilities) is a nice touch for accommodating varying needs. We received excellent responsive service both over the phone when we requested a pet-friendly room and from the on-site mgr once we arrived. There were a couple of VERY minor glitches in the room (no glasses or cups were provided and the only trash bin was very small and located in the bathroom. I attribute that to possible training issues with the cleaning crew, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely return when in the area.

Check yourself in style…

We weren’t aware that this property didn’t have staff in the lobby, so checking in and figuring out how that went was different. But we figured it out. We didn’t have any issues requiring staff but wondering how that would play out. Room was nice but needed another wastebasket other than the bathroom. Also, two TVs but only one remote…we shared but…. Decent quality bed and lots of pillows. We’d stay there again…
