3 night stay, pool out of service, NO ELEVATOR, poor breakfast with the same options each morning. Cleaning service carts left in hall at all times, limited daily room services.

Caveat—The pool was closed but we didn’t intend to use it. Breakfast appeared typical hotel stuff but we went out. We would have probably given 4 stars if we wanted there items. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, close to Corning museum. So 5 star rating. Would stay here again

NO ELEVATOR. This didn’t affect me because I was lucky enough to get a first floor room. But I missed the fine print so I wanted to put that upfront in case others also missed that. The bathroom had sink and wall cracks and the carpet could use a refresh. However, it was clean and quiet and the bed was super comfortable (if a bit tall for shorter folks). I did have to use the “pants hanger on the curtains” trick because my room looked out into someone’s back yard. It was quite convenient to restaurants and the museum as well. The mini fridge kept my items so cold that there was a thin ice layer on my can of soda by breakfast and I had to microwave my cheese so that my cheese knife would go through it—a pleasant surprise since most hotel mini fridges suck. Beware of their cancellation policy. Overall a good stay!

The room could have been cleaner. The towels were very thin. The mattress was uncomfortable. There was a terrible smell throughout the hotel. It didn’t smell like cleaning agents, more like mildew and stale smoke. Luckily, we were only there for one night.

I felt the property was safe. The hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was good. This hotel was very near the glass museum where we wanted to go. We got in late around 10pm and the town's restaurants don't stay open late. We found 1 option open and it was ok.

The place is overall a bit careworn, but the room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the front desk person was helpful. The windows can be opened to let fresh air in. Would stay here again.

The general manager was on point. She got me anything I needed. She was doing multiple jobs because they were shorthanded and always had a smile and was ready to help promptly. She is the diamond of the property.

The staff were particularly nice and helpful. I mentioned their website mentioned a DVD player in room, and ours didn't have one. She called me and told me they could put one in and did! And when we tried to use it and couldn't get it to work, the management came twice and gave us a new remote control that solved the problem. Really impressed at the level of great service!

The staff was rude during check in. Rolling her eyes and scowling the whole time. Not communicating nicely. Awful. The room was not clean. The bedding was stained with blood or feces and when asked to get a new one even that was still not actually clean. The pool area is so small that they wouldnt allow for adults to sit in a chair while watching the kids swim. I asked and she said its a regulation. But it was so strange.

Room decor better than expected for Quality Inn. Breakfast included gluten-free waffle mix along with separate waffle maker which I’ve never seen before at any hotel. I called front desk at 11:30PM to ask adjacent room to turn TV down, but no one answered after a long time phone ringing; so we turned up our air conditioner fan which was also unwelcome noise but at least we no longer heard TV through wall. Otherwise zero noise issues. Note no elevator to second floor.

Close to the Corning museum of Glass. Pool was closed due to mechanical issue during our stay which was disappointing. Staff were friendly & breakfast had good options. Bed pillows were small & hard.
