I booked a one bed room with 5 audits anticipating to have one extra bed but it was not there. The front-desk staff quickly reassigned us to a bigger room with one extra bed. Very pleasant about the overall services except sound insulation can be better. People walking upstairs were way too loud. Overall, I'd rebook this place if I ever go to the Fingers Lake area.

We drive to Maine annually and need a mid-way overnight. This was about the best we've found in the Corning/Elmira/Horseheads area. Will stay again, I'm sure.

One night stopover for a long drive. Room and hotel were clean, couldn’t get any hot water in the morning for a shower. As it was a quick 8hr stay and no one was at the front desk when I left, didn’t get a chance to let them know.

Hotel location is fine. Front desk is very friendly. Staff told me hotel eas over booked, so they guve me 3 rooms. That's fine for us. But one room was dirty, one room was very hot and smell bad, the other room bathroom has glass on the floor.

The property seemed understaffed, both at the desk and the food service. Food choices were limited, but OK. I was disappointed with the Breakfast Burrito - it was stuffed with tater tots, not sausage and beans, and it was broiled like a chimichanga.
