Thrybgave only full bed instead of queen, one of us have to sleep on floor, ac is so loud all night, bed had dirt underneath the blankets, even with elevator you still have to carry bads up and down few steps, breakfast is terrible

an excellent attention from the reception as well as from the lord of the breakfasts , the very lumpy rooms had a microwave a small fridge very comfortable beds and the bathroom very lumpy and a large bathtub.

Hotel was nice and clean but there were a few things that put us off. We were there only 1 night and had booked 2 rooms. We checked in late and no shampoo in one of the rooms and bathroom shower in the other was not draining. Next day breakfast was lackluster at best

Great for a quick overnight.

It was ok. We stay here often but the last few times it feels like it has declined in what you expect. The shower drains the last few times have been clogged. And this one was dirty to begin with. And the breakfast was terrible! We actually used the pool this time and that was great! Overall not horrible for the price and usually available rooms.

Staff and service was good. But seems like they like to have separate good-looking rooms for their elite members while not-so good rooms for others. We had a stained-sheet in our initial room and had to request another room.

Reasonable price, overall experience was OK

This hotel was fine if you just need a place to sleep/shower. It is very close to the interstate so if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. We did fine though. It is an older building but the rooms were fine. The heat/AC worked but took a while for us to figure it out. Housekeeping services are by request only, which is our preference anyway. We had a couple issues, missing microwave in first room, both key cards stopped working a day early. The staff did a fine job of resolving both issues. The breakfast offering was limited but staff did a good job keeping it fresh. The beds were very comfortable and the location to restaurants shopping was good. It was a reasonably priced option for nearby hiking and water falls.
