No elevator. Room on 2nd floor. Hard to carry suitcase to 2nd floor. Mostly, room not ready at 7pm. Was cleaned but floor looked and felt dirty.

The door to the room had to be slammed to close and the bathroom door’s hinge needs to be reinstalled as closing that door was a chore also.

Hotel condition and cleanliness was OK. Security was an issue when we had noisy neighbors after 11 pm. We could not contact the front office by room phone or when we called using our cell phone. I went to the office at 11 pm to get help, but doors were locked and it was dark. We were not told that we could call Hotel Nevada, the owners, who would have helped us with our issues. A lack of communication. When we contacted the Hotel Nevada after the stay there, the contact person was insensitive to our concerns. Maybe it was a one time occurrence but we were not comfortable with the way it was handled.

facility was clean and staff was friendly. bottled water and coffee pods were offered in the room as well as in the lobby. They didn't have a free breakfast, as advertised, but offered two $5 off coupons for Dennys across the street. We had expensive mountain bikes in the back of our truck and we felt safe leaving them locked in the truck overnight.

Comfy and Modern

Love the updated room. Very modern and good pillows and shower which always makes a difference to us. Staff recommended a wonderful Italian restaurant within steps of our room.

The room was very clean but otherwise it didn’t meet our expectations. Very small room with no place to put luggages or to hang clothing. Room would be more suitable for one person. TV didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t work.

Motel was good, very clean and the desk clerk was helpful. She was able to give great recommendations on food nearby, and what you could take to go or stay at the location to eat. The neighbors on the right and left were depressed, but you did not feel . While the hotel is dog friendly, there is really no place for the dogs to go, there are nice little parks in the area, but at least three blocks away, so not convenient for the middle of the night.

Room had a weird smell when we first walked in, but I carry air freshener spray in my car and it was good after I sprayed it. Floors/baseboard area were a little dirty, but not completely disgusting. Staff at check in was very helpful and friendly. We will most likely stay here again.
