The staff was wonderful. The room was great value for the night. The staff brewed me a fresh pot of coffee in the morning! I will stay here again. For the price, fantastic!

There are nice improvements. Shutter blinds and new sink are very nice. Quiet. The linens were really nice and extra soft blankets. The bed is terribly hard. Nice amenities: mints, water bottles, lots of soaps etc. The stairs were a little hard for us to climb. Non smoking rooms but smoking allowed right outside the door.

We were very pleased with our room. It was nice having laundry facilities on the property so we could wash our clothes. The diner is open 24 hours a day. The staff is very friendly and the food is wonderful!

When I first arrived I had to go to the little boys room REALLY BAD as I had been driving for over 4 hours straight. I asked the lady at the front desk if she had a restroom I could use. She said no (maybe she thought I was homeless, who knows) There were two other people checking in at the time. After they were done, and doing the pucker for 15 min I informed here I had a reservation she said I could use the bathroom. Oh and the toilet paper is like Sandpaper. Never again for me.

I was so happy to find this gem! It was perfect for my solo trip with my dogs. After my 13 hr drive from Northern Washington I was greeted with super friendly service, the room was clean and remodeled in the inside. I had a fridge and a microwave. The bed was comfy with fresh linens. I felt very safe and the location was great for local eats and drinks. I will definitely stay again on my next trip from WA to AZ. It's the most reasonably priced and clean place I've stayed in Ely. Highly recommend!

Clearly the property has a lack of staff. On several days the front office was not open having to walk to another hotel for service. For a three night stay there was NO room service

We were pleased with the overall experience. They obviously have staffing issues since the office was closed upon our arrival at 8pm and we had to walk two block to another hotel to check in and get our keys but it did come with a free voucher for a cold beer at the bar. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It was very quiet during night.

Check in was OK, room was good but no one at the desk and the office was locked so no Ice when we got back from a long day on the Salt Flats 2days in a row, and a friends key didn't work he had to go to a different hotel to get keys made
