The room temperature was wonderful. They’re just needed to be some exterior lights on the building. I stayed in repaired at the entrances to the building.

I did a pre-check prior to arrival in that I submitted a copy of my drivers license and also submitted my credit card info in order to pay for my pet fees yet when I arrived I still needed to show my license and credit card and fill out a pet form. What was the purpose of doing a pre-check in? After my pre-check in, it stated that all I needed to do was pick up my room keys.

Only complaints were the single elevator that alarmed loudly if held open too long. This happened as we first arrived and another guest panicked to get out. The key for our door often did not work and we had to get staff to let us in. We were told by staff we were not the only ones having key problems and the hotel will be renovated soon. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Appreciate getting fresh towels every day. Breakfast was excellent. The egg dishes alternated and for two mornings there were cheese omelettes that were freshly made. Also had low sugar yogurt so possible to have a healthy breakfast. Breakfast dining room very spacious and inviting. Parking easy and nice there was a supermarket next door. Overall, other than the key and elevator, a good stay. I recommend this property and would stay here again if in the area.
