The room was of decent size, clean and complete with essentials. I’d like the extra door feature at the ground level room for easy access to parking. It really helped me a lot during checkout since the weather was not so nice that day. The kids had enjoyed so much the pool (good in all ages). The complimentary breakfast was good too, had lots of choices. I would go back for a family staycation again in the future.

Bad stay due to staff/booking. Very rude to my family. Rooms were nice. Lots of room, and we loved the cooking utilities found in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. We used the pool 2 days. In the morning on Saturday, the pool deck was disgusting. Lots of garbage and dirt. When we went back on Sunday afternoon, the pool deck was still dirty and had not been cleaned. If we went back, id consider other hotels first before booking here again.

Checked the air filters on the air conditioner, both were plugged so I brought them down to the front desk where they did nothing about it (see pictures). Also the bath tub didn’t drain very fast so while having a shower the water was ankle deep and I told the front desk as well with nothing being done about it

We had a 2 bedroom king suite. Great size and amenities. Kitchenette had plates, cups, and cutlery, etc., stove top, microwave, and good size fridge. Both bedrooms were a great size with their own dresser and TV. The living room sofa has a pull out bed (kinda springy). It also had a dresser and TV, so lots of storage space. The bathroom has two sinks and a separate room for the toilet. We had two adults and 4 kids sleep in this room very comfortably. The room was clean, but some of the fixtures were showing some wear and tear. No signs of bugs. Very quiet where we were at the end of the hall on the 4th floor. The hallways and common spaces were also very clean (note for people with scent allergies: they use air fresheners in the hallways). The breakfast had more than enough options for our picky eaters. It included ready-made omelets, bacon (the pre-cooked kind), breakfast sausage, french toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, etc. The waterslides/pools were a huge hit with the kids. They spent hours in there and can't wait to go back. Recommend ear plugs for the adults watching their kids in the pool area. Staff were great here. We will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the hotel and waterslides. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room my daughter found a pill on the floor from a previous guest and almost ate it thinking it was candy. I quickly took it and checked for other medicationn on the floor. When I brought it up to the front desk I didnt feel it was dealt with great. Just told they would let housekeeping know. Not to be dramatic but I do feel this is extremely serious.
