The property is somewhat new. The beds were comfortable the staff was awesome. Housekeeping I would say is not so great. One of our beds the sheets were not changed. There was dog hair all over the bed and in the sheets. The bathroom floor was not clean either and there was dust everywhere. Somewhat disappointed . I just stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Hays Kansas and the experience was awesome the property was so clean. Lindsay was great though. She came up changed the bed sheets and apologized. That's why I give them a three-star rating out if 5.

I think the pool should be 24/7 you don’t have enough time to enjoy it. Also the breakfast ends at 9:30 and who gets up before 10 on a get away. So longer pool and breakfast would be nice.

The front desk gave me no details or information at all and honestly was quite rude while we checked in. I had to google what time breakfast was and figure out the cable channels on my own because they did not tell me and we did not want to talk to them.

It seems some HI have lost their desire to be a great hotel but not this one, this one went beyond expectations of a HI. Cookies and lemon water were a nice touch. Staff were very accommodating, breakfast was perfect.
