Overall, what made my experience here a delight, was the service at the front desk. I forgot their names, which is a shame, but if you see a beautiful woman with jet black hair and bangs, you’re already taken care of and you can now relax. As well as, the tall young gentleman with glasses, he has exceptional customer service. I have stayed in many nice hotels and what I remember most is how I was treated at each one. I’ll be staying here again.

Terribly dirty room - carpet was filthy and sticky to walk on. Tub in the bathroom was also stained and dirty. One of the beds in the room was wobbly and had a sagging mattress. We did not get any housekeeping during the entire stay. We were short on towels in the room, and asked the front desk for extra towels, which were never delivered. The second day, after asking again, the person behind the desk gave me a couple. Coffee maker supplies in the room were never refreshed, beds were never made and trash was never cleared for the entire duration of the stay. Complimentary breakfast was super basic - a to-go bag of frozen breakfast sandwich, a granola bar and a 2oz juice box. There were no options for vegetarians, apart from a bowl of apples. Location was convenient, right next to I-5, but the room we got faced the freeway, and so we got a lot of road noise at night. Room key cards didn't work reliably - we had to get them reset/changed twice during our 3 day stay.

Needs some fine tuning.
Other than the roaches in the bathroom and coming out from behind the headboard it was acceptable for a cheap hotel. The staff was outstanding. But they need to he the roach issue under control. They mentioned in previous post of other who complained that they are going to talk to there pest control. My suggestion is find someone who will do the job right. Coming from Florida and roaches being a common issue is did not hold that against the hotel but the pest control they are using.

Just some minor issues with our room. Basically lack of attention to details. For instance no cover for shower coming out if wall , trim for heat lamp in bath missing and tub had been spray painted with epoxy paint that was peeling. Toilet tank was also loose and bath faucet had a leak. Biggest issue was the heater AC. Unit sounded like a 747 exhaust! Towels and bed linens were decent. Room was small but all we need for our stay

Not the fault of the hotel but people have no respect for others. This couple checked in at 2:15 am and were talking loudly and laughing while unpacking their vehicle, a few feet from people sleeping, or rather, trying to sleep. Also don’t appreciate much listening to dogs barking in other rooms.
