First I want to start with the positive, which is the staff. They were very friendly and informative. They made the stay worth it. For the bad… first night we found a cockroach in the bathroom, thankfully only found one our whole stay. The “breakfast included” is literally a breakfast sandwich, oatmeal or granola bars. When I see breakfast included it tells me that we can actually eat a decent breakfast. Not the case here. I wiped down the table in the room and it was black! The shower leaked and the shower head had hard soap scum all around it, like it’s never ever wiped down. The toilet you have to flush twice before you can get it to flush. There were interesting people that are either staying in the place or just coming for the free granola bars and coffee. To me and my kids they seemed creepy. I can honestly say I would never ever stay or recommend this place to anyone. The amenities say renovated but these are far from that. The beds are like rocks. The pillows are just as hard. A lot of work needs to go into this place.

The room was so small we couldn't turn around. No place to put luggage except the floor. No heat in the room, and there was a cold snap. Lots of traffic noise.

Poor state microwave, tap sink leaking, sink clogged, shower and tap bathtub leaking/running. Bathtub brown and mold on tap. Floors are in bad condition. Feels weak. Heater did not work. Only cold air. Freezing cold during night. Gap between a/c and wall. Can look straight outside. Toilet not clean at arrival. Room hasn't been cleaned during my 4 day stay. Also when I made complaints about the condition of the room, first time she told me they knew about it, didn't send anyone to fix it. Second time, they send a maintenance worker. He told me everything was normal. Which is obviously not the case. Breakfast is not breakfast. Just coffee and a granola bar. That's breakfast. Housekeeping comes at the door at 8am even on New Years Day. Way too early.. Do NOT stay here!! Condition of the room was absolutely horrible!

Not knowing until we checked into our accommodations did we realize what condition our room was in. The furniture and the bed were old and mis-matched as was the bedding on the bed and you had to ask for maid service. The bathroom sink was in dyer need of repair as it drained terribly slow. Instead of fixing what was needed, it was suggested we change rooms and that's what we did. The next room was not much of an improvement. The faucet on tub leaked constantly and the heater/air-conditioner leaked water on the carpet so it was constantly wet. Also the furniture was old, mis-matched. We've never had issues with Days Inn until now and will be reluctant to stay in any of their locations in the future.
