The Kempinski Palace is a world class resort in the small charming town of Engelberg at Mt Titlis. The staff are amazing professionals. The food is excellent. The spa on the top of the hotel is as nice as I have ever seen. We loved our time there and will return to stay even longer.

Beautiful property with the most spectacular views and the staff are extremely helpful. They have a great kids club where Katalina was amazing with our son. Very nice hotel overall, clean large rooms, very modern. Nice views, comfortable beds, everything in the room as you expect from Kempinski. A bit inconsistent when it comes to service. Reception promised to find more info about fishing, but never replied. Request to bring a pillow (our missed the pillow case) never completed, only next day. Dinner service very messy, big delay, desserts menu never served when asked for twice. Breakfast is good however, large selection and tasty.
