Stay was horrible! No heat in the room, when I complained was told, they are aware of the issue & to try turning up the heat, it up will take a couple hours to warm up. Not true only got up to 61 all night. No apology just snotty remark when I checked out. TV remote did not work, had to go to the desk 3 times & still TV did not work, they did not offer to fix it. Elevator was dirty, bathroom was filthy & a big carpet stain on the floor. Tried to ask for a manager told she would not be there for a couple days. We stayed here 6 months ago and it was fine, what the heck happened?

Everything was awesome. Within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and entertainment. Walmart is just a short walk away as well. The beds were very soft and the hotel was extremely quiet. The swimming pool was just right temperature for a cold winter day.

OK not great
This was a return visit to the Country Inn in Enid, OK. On the positive side, it was clean, easy to find, and far enough off the road that there was no road noise. Our "suite" was very well laid out. Breakfast was good. On the flip side, there were multiple examples of poor DIY repairs in the room, especially in the bathroom. There were places in the room that needed repair. The TV was impossible to use or figure out. It had lots of blank channels, snow, and no guide. We quit trying after a while. We may stay here again if the price is excellent, but we will be cautious as the facility may show wear over time.

We have been staying here for years multiple times a month. The last few times it’s gone way down hill. Last night and today there we zero towels shampoo soap anything at all in the room. Last night was definitely the last night I will ever book it here again. It’s a nice hotel but going down hill with typical stuff fast

Old horrible hotel. Dated, dirty and in disrepair. Cleaning service only on 3rd day. Burnt out light bulbs in room. Thread bare towels. Paper thin bed covers. Extra small pillows. Grout falling off bathroom tiles. Faucet falling off the shower/tub wall. Torn shower curtain. Dirty window curtains. Chipped painted furniture. Ceilings in disrepair. Questionable cleanliness of carpet and sticky tile floors. Broken elevator on one evening, one of our guests got stuck inside. Cockroaches in stairwell. Subpar breakfast. Will not be back and will not recommend. We were a party of 6 in 4 rooms. Everyone felt the same way. Only positive was Friendly staff.

The most remarkable thing about this hotel was the front desk agent. Sorry I didn't get her name but she was awesome and very helpful. The hotel is very nice. The location was very convenient but this is definitely a an urban hotel row. Nothing pretty or very walkable. A good nights sleep.

Never again.
Smelled like natural gas and sweaty socks. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and we ended up buying our own pillows just to sleep. Pool was closed. Lights in the parking lot at night never came on so had to park vehicle as close to your room window as possible just in case.
