The room smelt really moldy, there were dead bugs in the bathroom which I guess is fine because at least they were dead. The smell was the worst part honestly.

Pool and hot tub were covered in bugs floating on the surface. Hot tub water never got warm, freezing cold only. When reported to front desk, staff said they didnt know what to do about it. Sink in the room was backed up. The bed slept horribly; very hard on my back. Overall poor stay.

Please be aware this place is a dump. We booked through Expedia and paid for an accessible room which we needed. The cost was extra for the room we requested only to get there and receive a lesser room at the same price. Open the door and there is a bucket catching a large leak from the ceiling. The room smelled of mold everywhere and my spouse, who is immune compromised, couldn’t breathe all night. The manager assured me they are doing everything they can to make it right yet nothing has changed. Read the other reviews carefully. The only bright spot was the front desk staff who were very friendly. Do not stay here!!!

We had a suite which was dated & the bathtub had the appearance of uncleanliness however I think it was mostly from being old and stained. Housekeeping was rude and unfriendly. We asked for fresh towels and toilet paper and to remove the old towels. That’s all for a 3 week stay. The woman was clearly annoyed even though we offered to take the old towels to wherever she wanted them. The indoor pool area was absolutely gross! As I walked around the pool someone else’s hair stuck to my feet! The lower windows were left open and it smelled like stray cats urinated in the pool area. There were mosquitoes that literally ate us up! Bugs in the pool. The hot water was lower than the jets and looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The staff very rarely greeted us when going in and out and seemed “put out” when asked a question. I never leave reviews but this place was such a disappointment and it wasn’t inexpensive especially for Enid, OK. There are some other options, I would seek them out before staying here again!

Outdated property, rooms show lots of wear and abuse. No USB plug in’s for person electronics. Refrigerator in room was leveled with paper cups and leaked water all over the floor. Holes in blackout shades and generally very tired room for the price and expectation.

Hotel was very clean and very nice. TV color bad and don’t appreciate the woofer in the sound system. Hard to hear normal talking. Just booming all the time. Breakfast was disappointing, Scrambled eggs fair potatoes were ok, sausage had no semblance to sausage. Maybe plant based and not meat.
