I was there for check in before my check in time, I was told that our room would be ready at 3, they gave us keys and when it was 3:10 we went up to our room and the cleaning lady was still there and told us we had to wait 30 more minutes. I told her we had a wedding we were supposed to be at soon and need the room to get ready, she had a terrible attitude and was talking back to us. I told her we had paid our room in a timely manner and was expecting my room the same way and told her to leave the room as it was cause we needed to leave, she then proceeded to say she didn’t have pillow covers and she needed to come back. It was a horrible experience to be yelled at by this woman. I went ahead and told her she shouldn’t be talking to me like that and that I needed her to leave. Please advice your personnel to be a little more respectful.

We didn’t care for the basic room so we upgraded and had a nice view of the marina. We slept with the doors open all night for the cool breeze but woke up from the noise of the seals all night. The hotel was ok but wouldn’t be my first choice.
