I complained the first morning that there was no hot water at the sink or shower. When I got back from the day that was still the case. I told them again that afternoon. When we got back that night at least it was warm in the shower but still none in the sink. The next morning it was at best luke warm in the shower and still none in the sink. The first thing I did when I got home was take a nice hot shower.

I’d usually give it 5 stars but this time was different. There was a new employee I hadn’t seen there before and he was rude!! Also, our bathroom door had an issue and we had to tell them 3 days straight in order to get someone to come to just take a look. Not the experiences I’ve had before at all. Usually everyone is super nice, attentive and friendly, not this time though.

I always enjoy my at San Nicolas Hotel . It's the only place I stay now . I tried many other hotels and they weren't bad but this has become my favorite . I feel safe , my vehicle is secure and the staff is always friendly . I love the olympic size pool which is well maintained . The only thing I am not happy about is if you're in the pool and want to order a drink , the waiters rarely come around and It takes way too long to get your drinks . That is the only unaccceptable practice poolside . I am not talking about an isolated incident . Even when there are only a few people poolside . I have to hunt down the waiters . That is something that has to be addressed . Other than that complaint , I love the place !

Nice property with great amenities. The hot tubs are not quite as hot as one would like in the cool northern baja evening, but the pool area is superb and definitely gives off a resort feel. Nice having the poolside bar and food too. Renovated room was perfect- everything once you walked in the door was new and modern style.
