The remodel rooms are nice. The beds are very comfortable . I stayed in the old rooms before and these new rooms are by far way better.

The room was vert clean and nice, front staff were nice. Only problem was one very rude staff member at the bar near the pool,short,male,dark. I ordered 2 sodas and a long island iced tea. I paid in pesos and gave him a tip in pesos as well. He then responded in spanish that giving a tip in pesos is offensive and gave the tip back to me. That kind of ruined our vibe and we left the pool. Other than that we had a great stay.

Stayed here for the start of the Norra 1000. Great location right on the start line, monitored parking lot, restaurant was good, pool area super nice. Casino was fun to play at the tables. Everyone very nice. Great place to stay with some good food nearby too!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and it over looked the beautiful pool. The parking lot is guarded 24hrs and every guest wears a wristband to know you are a guest. The room service was open until 1am, which was awesome because we were out at a wedding until 10pm. I will definitely be returning to this location. .
