I’ve stayed at many hotels in the area. This one had hidden fees. Extra “cash” money for each guest in the room. I sat by the pool area to drink my coffee in the early morning and was asked to leave. I understand rules but they are a bit aggressive with new customers.

Disappointed by quality
Definitely got cat fished. The property is very old and was giving motel 6 vibes. There is a very strong odor that permeates throughout the lobby, hallways and even our room. The hotel hallways are poorly lit and I think that was intentional to hid the old dirty carpet and patched up walls. Our room was next to the dumpsters and we kept hearing the loud opening and slamming shut of the dumpsters all night. They started doing some construction work our second day there and it was incredibly loud. Our reservation was for four people but there was only two towels in the bathroom and no towel floor mat so we were left with having to step/stand on our clothes to not slip when coming out the shower. We asked for additional towels the second day which we received. The room itself was in better shape (other than the dingy smell). The bathroom looked like it had been recently upgraded and definitely did not match what the rest of the hotel looked like. The front desk clerks were very nice and professional. Housekeeping and parking attendants were very friendly.
