Très bon hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix, situé dans le quartier le plus vivant et touristique de la ville. Le staff est très chaleureux.

The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast caters for all palates. The room was clean and offers great views of the Petronas Towers (if you are lucky enough to get that side). The pool was clean. The restaurant on the 15-floor served great food.

New hotel under construction and room isn’t very usable. Shower has no shower stand, bed has bed bugs. Bathroom falling apart and no TV channels. No sauna .

The facility were great the places were clean , however the room looked tired don’t know about the other rooms.

Free Upgrade, helpful staff with an issue in bathroom quickly sorted. Attached to shopping centre. Close to hop on hop off bus. Good value for money

The check-in was terrible. staff was inattentive and took us to the wrong wing. The carpets in the hallway were threadbare, the walls were dirty. The room smelled disgusting. No bath mats provided. Black mold around the shower recess. Apartment block looked very old and rundown. The restaurant Parry Road next to the hotel provided a great breakfast with best coffee in Kuala Lumpur.

It stank heavily of smoke from the previous guest. Raised the issue twice with the staff - someone turned up with some air freshener but it was locked into the walls and curtains. They can't police non-smoking and didn't take our complaint seriously. I would avoid this hotel at all costs
