La habitación muy agradable, con su pequeño balcón, vista a las alturas de Guatape. Es un lugar super tranquilo y bien fresco ! Los dos jacuzzis están bien limpio, en el rooftop. El trato del personal es excelente. Particularmente Garzon que me hizo sentir como en casa con muchas atenciones. Y para transporte al pueblo , un Tuktuk llega en 5 minutos!

Welcoming staff, super helpful orienting to the room, the local area, hotel services, excellent and welcoming. At night, the rain was intense, the design of the room allows outside air througj open vents where the air flows upward, therefore; rain cannot enter the room, but the impact on the metal vents made quite a lot of noise and I did not find a way to dampen the noise. If you have kids or mind that type of noise, ask the staff beforehand how to dampen the noise.

Staying at this hotel was the highlight of our visit to Colombia. It is more of a retreat than a hotel. We only booked a single night here because we wanted to spend a day in the Medellin area and close to the airport, but after the first night we cancelled our flights and decided to stay and enjoy this property and their hospitality for an extra 2 days!

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

The property is OK, but it has a very weird regulations. Like if you want to meet someone in your room , then you have to pay 100 US dollars!!! I ll repeat 100 US dollars! Or although you have paid for two person accommodation , breakfast included and you are only one and you meet a partner at the breakfas restaurant., then they. will charge you for the breakfast og your partner....And upon check in they are giving you to sign a bunch of papers in Spanish/English language is Terra Incognita/ with all your absurd obligations.....There is No a word for your rights....

Everything was amazing. The staff particularly Juana and Edwin were excellent. I only mention them because they are who I dealt with and couldn’t have been any better. Clean and spacious with beautiful views. Far enough away from Provenza where the nights are quiet and peaceful. I had a full kitchen with all necessary cups, plates and utensils. Simply amazing
