The property certainly not 3*! Run down! Needs a good makeover! Shower cubicle tiny. Too close to sink. Hit my head on sink whilst picking up my sponge in shower! Breakfast was absolutely disgusting! Coffee machine and hot water dispenser not working. Staff using kettle in kitchen. Sausages wrinkled and old looking. Breakfast not replenished! Tables not cleared after guests leave. It goes on! Kitchen staff lazy! Reception staff helpful tried to make things better But out of their hands! Paid circa £350 for 3 nights! Not worth it! Location only positive!

Hotel is tired and outdated. Needs maintenence as chipped walls, frayed carpets, bad paint job. Stick in the 90's. Breakfast is fair but nothing to remember.

This is a fabulous hotel which is under new management. Overall hotel is excellent including a fabulous location next to the sea. The only thing I will point out is that as this hotel does not obviously attract English visitors the staff struggle to understand but this does not takeaway from anything they do to make your stay exceptional and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Awesome hotel and owner and staff. Right on the beach and the hotel restaurant was very nice. The room was amazing. You can walk to many other restaurants and shops all right there. Book your sunbrella and chairs as soon as able especially for the weekend. Good price and worth it. Close to the ferry too. Stay here you’ll be glad you did. We’ll be back. Oh yes good for families too. One last thing the speaker English very well too.

Great hotel right in the middle of Athens with bars, restaurants and shops just outside. Hotel is on a side street so not noisy. Lovely roof terrace with view of acropolis, great treatments in spa - I had massage and facial with discount for guests. Private pool. Feels more like 4 star hotel although it’s listed as 2 star! I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is served at the restaurant across the road and it’s a good selection of dishes.

Great central location, shower was tiny
