Bad experience!

I booked this hotel for one night so we could stop over during our trip back home. When i noticed a mistake in my booking ( date ) i immediately contacted the hotel to change the date since we where already on our way to the hotel. Unfortunattely they where not able to help us and the only option they offered me was to do a completely new booking. Due to the lack of support we had to drive trough the night together with our 2 children. I understand it's a budget hotel but you would still expect some level of humanity and customer support.

Climatisation un peu forte à l'arrivée et malgré la canicule coupée les deux jours sans qu'elle soit nécessaire. Impossible de fixer la température au dessus de 21°. Très bon accueil par du personnel sympathique et bon séjour.

Nachdem schon alles ausgepackt war, musste ich das Zimmer wechseln, da die Klima nicht richtig funktionierte. Der Angestellte war aber super nett und hilfsbereit. Dafür besseres Zimmer mit perfekt arbeitender Klima erhalten.Viele Parkplätze, hervorragende Matratze.

Isolation phonique entre les chambres très faible, ce n’est pas des murs mais juste de la cloisons pas très épaisse. On entend le voisin ronfler. Petit déjeuner de qualité très moyenne. Chambre confortable, propre, personnel, serviable.

L hôtel était très bien, le personnel très serviable. Alors que le temps dehors était très moyen, et que le thermostat était réglé sur 19 degrés, il faisait 24 degrés dans la chambre. Dommage, sinon hôtel très bien

L’hôtel était vraiment bien pour un Ibis Budget : chambre propre et confortable. La perfection aurait été d’avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre pour une petite tisane le soir, ainsi qu’un plat chaud au petit-déjeuner, comme des œufs brouillés.
