Overnight stopover

We were welcomed by Aurore who advised us where to park.Very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and looked like it had been recently refurbished as the bathroom was excellent.Great toiletries too. Very comfy bed.We could have used the pool and spa free of charge but didn't have time as it was just a overnight stop travelling through France.

Grubby hotel

I’m not quite sure how this hotel is a 4 star, it’s barely a 2! The only redeemable feature of the hotel are the staff, who are very friendly & the food in the restaurant was ok. The hotel is very, very tired and clearly needs updating, when you walk into reception the walls & skirting boards are missing paint, the lift area is the same, all of the communal areas look grubby. We had been driving for 8 hours so just wanted to go to sleep, we should really have left but we were so tired we decided to get our heads down and stay. The bedroom was awful. the carpets were dirty & when I moved the sheets to get into bed there were black hairs! I took a towel from the bathroom and lay on & sprayed the room with fly spray as there were flys everywhere. The room smelled musty and the walls & skirting boards were again missing paint and marked everywhere. The bathroom window was gross, needs ripping out! There was a large gap under the sink area & plumbing is visible & toilet flush was broken on one button. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps et L'OCCASION d'en profiter,par contre la derniĂšre fois oĂč j'avais rĂ©servĂ©, avant les travaux, j'avais profitĂ© de la piscine (excellent). J'ai bien remarquĂ© que l'hĂŽtel avait Ă©tĂ© relooker totalement, c'est trĂšs beau, l'accueil est excellent, le service si besoin, le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs copieux, vous en avez pour votre argent. Les personnes exigeantes et gourmande seront servis, trĂšs large choix.. Je le recommande vivement,moi qui suis trĂšs axĂ© sur la propretĂ©, je vous garantis que vous ne devriez pas ĂȘtre déçu.Le lieu est trĂšs bien situĂ©, pour les balades.. Merci Ă  toutes l'Ă©quipe de l'hĂŽtel MERCURE.

Un 4 étoiles à la hauteur de ses prétentions

Literie trĂšs confortable, environnement chaleureux, propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable.pour un 4. ÉtoilĂ©s, il manque une bouteille d'eau et du vrai cafĂ©, pas du soluble. Le parking n'est plus adaptĂ© au gabarit actuel des voitures, manƓuvres difficiles en sous sol mais heureusement, possibilitĂ© de se garer Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Je recommande cependant car la bonne isolation nous a permis de bien dormir.

Das Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet. Leider gab es dort keinen MinikĂŒhlschrank und auch keinen Safe. Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden und ĂŒber die Klimaanlage konnte nur eingeschrĂ€nkt eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht werden. Das Bad war sehr schön. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl, lediglich Fisch fehlte. Eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem GelĂ€nde ist vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft erfuhren wir, dass das Restaurant am Wochenende geschlossen ist - diese Information wĂ€re besser vorab erfolgt, zB in der Hotelbeschreibung.
