4Sterne sind übertrieben
Lage des Hotels ist zwar sehr schön aber die Einrichtungen des hotels sind veraltet und sehr abgenutzt zudem waren die Auflagen für die Poolliegen sehr verschmutzt,die Abläufe funktionieren nicht so das man zB in der Dusche in der eigenen drecksbrühe steht . Das einzig posive war die Zimmergrösse und der Blick vom Balkon ins Meer. Ich weiß nicht womit dieses Hotel sich die 4Sterne verdient hat

Auf den ersten Blick scheint alles in Ordnung, aber der Personalmangel sorgte für Überforderung wie z.B. Zimmer wurde meist gegen 18 geputzt,gerade wenn man beim duschen war, sehr schlechtes Essen war die größte Enttäuschung.

Personel genel olarak çok genç ve sektör dışı oldukları barizdi. En azından restoran demeye dilim varmıyor yemekhanede bayan bulunabilirdi.Otel eskimiş yemek çeşidi çok az ve ucuz yemekler var hiç et yemeği yok yemek masaları bile yetersiz elinde tabak ayakta bekliyorsun yerli içecek kola fanta ve su :)) maden suyu 8 den sonra ücretli. Su sebili var sıraya girip su içiyorsunuz masalara su servisi yok. Nasıl bir foto çekimi yapmış nasıl bir açı o havuzu kocaman göstermiş:)) Havuz çok küçük fotodaki sahil kumsal yandaki otelle ortak ordakilerden sadece 2 tanesi (şemsiyesiz) bu otele ait adamlar askı takmış askıya elbise çanta asıp denize giriyorsunuz:))yan otelin deniz görevlisiyle şezlong mücadelesi veriyorsunuz. oda temizliği 19.00 gibi ancak yapılıyor tamamen ucuza maletme mantığı güdülmüş.ÇOk kalitesiz...FOTOLARA ALDANMAYIN...

Ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Mersinden 5 dakikada bir kalkan tok otobüsler tam önünden geçiyor. otelin bir takım eksiklikleri olsa da güleryüzlü personeli bildirilen eksiklikleri gidermek için elinde geleni yapmaktadır. yemek çeşidi az olsa da lezzetli idi. Yemek konusunda bir sorun yaşamadım. Gece eğlenceleri ise otelin en güçlü yanı olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

fiyatına göre iyi hizmeti vardı. odalarda biraz temizlik sıkıntısı oldu. giriş yaptığımızda yoğunluktan dolayı yerlerin temizliği atlanmıştı. bayram döneminde otel tam dolu olmasına rağmen, restoran ve diğer noktalarda aksaklık yaşanmadı. personel sayısı az ama özveriliydi. çok fazla aksama görünmüyordu. odaların tümü deniz görüyordu ve manzara çok güzeldi. rezervasyon yaptırmadan konaklama konseptine dikkat edilmeli. biz herşey dahil almışken, arkadaşlarımız farkında olmadan aynı fiyata oda kahvaltı almışlar başka bir acenteden.

BERBAT BİR OTEL
Otelin konumu güzel,ancak gerek konfor,gerekse temizlik berbat.Odadaki minibar çalışmıyor.Üstelik içinde 2 adet 0,50 ml su koymuşlar.Kasa çalışmıyor,havlular kirli.Yemek orta derece idi ama,otel dolu olmasına rağmen terk edilmiş gibi.Resepsiyonda bile görevli her zaman bulunmuyor.

Hayatımda geçirdiğim en kötü tatildi odalar berbat çok kirli hiçbirşey çalışmıyor klima buz dolabı vs. Gittiğimiz gün hava yağmurlu olduğu için kapalı havuzu kullanmak istedik fakat havuz kullanıma açık değildi hiçbir aktivitesi yok ciddiyetsiz pis saçma bir otel
